Who can stay at SJU Crash Pads?
We are an exclusive crash pad for airline professionals only—pilots, flight attendants, and other certified crew members. All guests must present a valid airline ID or badge upon booking or check-in.
How do I book a bed?
Simply visit our Book Now page, select your preferred dates, and complete the reservation process. You’ll receive a confirmation email with check-in instructions and any access codes needed
What are the check-in/check-out times?
We understand flight schedules can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible check-in/check-out. If you have a special request (e.g., arriving after midnight or leaving in the early morning), just let us know in advance.
What amenities are provided?
We offer: A dorm-style shared room with comfortable bedding, Wi-Fi, Basic kitchenette (microwave, fridge, and sink) Air-conditioned common areas.
Is there a monthly rate for long-term stays?
Yes! We have discounted monthly plans for flight crew members who need recurring accommodations. Please check our Rooms & Rates page or contact us directly for more details.
Can I bring guests or visitors?
Unfortunately, no. We maintain a crew-only environment to ensure everyone’s comfort, security, and rest. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed.
Do you have quiet hours?
Yes. To respect those who need to rest between flights, we enforce quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum in all shared spaces.
Is transportation to the airport provided?
We do not operate an official shuttle service at this time. However, rideshare apps and taxis are readily available in Condado and can get you to the airport in minutes.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for the full details. Generally, If you need to modify your booking due to schedule changes, contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer parking?
Parking options in Condado are limited. If you plan to bring a car, let us know beforehand so we can discuss possible paid parking arrangements or nearby garages.
